 The Management and Leadership Network (MLN) is dedicating February 2007 as 'Management Month' - focusing on the importance of developing management and leadership capabilities in 2007.

Management Month will culminate with a conference 'For Leaders who Aim Higher' on Wednesday February 28 at the Hastings Culloden Estate & Spa. Keynote speaker business leader Rene Carayol MBE will address business owners and managers on how best to develop leadership and management excellence in their organisations. He brings his considerable business experience along with his work in television and radio to the conference under the heading - when your heritage is not necessarily your destiny.
